OVERVIEW

Dean S. Warhaft, Esq., PSM, has successfully managed real estate development teams through all phases of projects totaling $3.8 billion and more than 10 million square feet. Currently, on behalf of Florida East Coast Realty Mr. Warhaft is completing the development of Panorama Tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial district. Panorama is the tallest habitable structure south of New York at 868 feet, encompassing 4 buildings and more than 2.9 million square feet of office, residential, entertainment, hotel, university and parking.

Mr. Warhaft is both an Attorney and Land Surveyor, combining the two professions to service the Public Private Partnership (P3), commercial, mixed-use and multifamily residential market. Current and past projects cover thousands of acres, millions of square feet on projects up to 100 stories.

Mr. Warhaft is both an equity developer and owner’s representative. In the early stages, he works closely with government agencies, financiers and consultants to develop new projects and acquire entitlements. Mr. Warhaft is constantly coordinating competitive selection of professionals, vendors, suppliers, development team of designers, architects, engineers and other consultants through entitlement, design and construction drawing phases. During construction Mr. Warhaft oversees all aspects of the construction process which includes finance, scheduling, sequence governmental matters and overseeing the Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) process.

• Coral Water Werks $300 million Organizer of a consortium seeking the privatization of a municipal waste water system under a DBFOM program
